Average sales price: $662,005 that ranked No. 32 out of 46 Orange County markets tracked and was up 3.4 percent in a year.

Compared to list: Sellers got 98.6 percent of what they typically asked for, ranking No. 26 of the 46 markets.

Range: High sale of $2,100,000 vs. the $134,500 low.

Sizing: On average, buyers paid $369 per square foot on a 1,795 square-foot residence. This pricing metric was up 4.5 percent in a year.

Market speed: 53 days, listing to escrow opened vs. 67 days a year ago and 54 days two years ago.

In Placentia …

Sales: 46 sold vs. 48 a year ago.

Average sales price: $645,987 that ranked No. 34 out of 46 Orange County markets tracked and was up 11.0 percent in a year.

Compared to list: Sellers got 99.1 percent of what they typically asked for, ranking No. 13 of the 46 markets.

Range: High sale of $887,000 vs. the $239,000 low.

Sizing: On average, buyers paid $340 per square foot on a 1,902 square-foot residence. This pricing metric was up 2.9 percent in a year.

Market speed: 39 days, listing to escrow opened vs. 44 days a year ago and 50 days two years ago.

Sales: 3,110 sold vs. 3,069 a year ago, up 1 percent.

Average sales price: $831,964 — up 5.8 percent in a year.
