Roseville woman describes ‘absolute horror’ at Las Vegas mass shooting


Roseville resident, Justina Barringer, describes the 20 minutes of horror after a gunman opened fire at music festival in Las Vegas.

Barringer was at the concert with her sister and niece. They were eventually able to make it to safety.
