What was seen and heard at the Las Vegas City Hall vigil


Songs, speeches and pride for the city of Las Vegas were all seen at tonight’s City Hall prayer vigil in the wake of Sunday’s shooting.

It took the lives of 59 people and injured 527 in the deadliest mass shooting in modern U.S. history.

Early Monday afternoon, the city of Las Vegas tweeted out an invite to the public to attend a prayer vigil at 5 p.m. at City Hall.

Carolyn G. Goodman, the mayor of Las Vegas, and other local politicians, faith leaders, community members, media and more were at the vigil.
