Corn and Raw Mango Salad

The recipe for corn and raw mango salad is simple. To make it, we need corn, spring onions, bell peppers, cherries, tomatoes, herbs and raw mangoes. Cut fruits and vegetables into pieces and put in a bowl. Toss them together and your salad is ready.

Aamras

It is nothing but mango juice. It is usually prepared with an alphonso, a variety of mangoes. However, it can be made using any sweet juicy mango. The fruit used should not be fibrous. Peel the mango and mix milk or water if you want to dilute the consistency. Those who are poor do not mix any other liquid. Beat all the mangoes together to make a sweet puree.

Mango Ice Cream

Making mango ice cream requires three ingredients – mango, cream and sugar. Make puree by adding mango pulp in a blender. Do not add water, add sugar before blending. Then add the mango puree to the whipped cream. Keep the mixture in the freezer for 5-6 hours.

Mango shrikhand

It is prepared from Greek yogurt and fresh mango puree. The advantage of Greek yogurt in place of normal yogurt is that you do not need to hang curd. The Greek yogurt is already quite thick. Beat the curd well and add mango puree to it. You will also need to add cardamom powder and powdered sugar. Mix them all together and Shrikhand is ready to serve.

Mango Mastani

Mango Mastani is made using ice cream, mango pulp, milk and dry fruits. First make the mango puree and then add one cup of cold milk and two scoop vanilla ice cream. Blend them together. Pour mixture into a glass. Pour a scoop of ice cream over the prepared mixture again and garnish it with dry fruits.
